Time Guyz, built in XNA, is a game centered around non-violent cooperative gameplay, players with one of three abilities must work together to solve puzzles which require moving between two time periods. [group project] -
Third Life extended the conventions of Second Life to a playful, tounge-in-cheek space designed to "sell" the new Third Life virtual world through example environments. [group project] -
Games'n'Politics is a website mock-up focused on the dissemination information about the history and current state of game legislation in the United States. It is an aggregator of political and game news, blogs, and legislative information. -
Chutes and Ladders: Identity Builder is a digital extension of the Milton Bradley board game that transforms a digital avatar based on physical board play. Using the morality tales on the board, avatars and narratives are generated based on performance. [group project] -
Emancipated Games was developed as a resource for independent game developerslooking for all levels of information. From getting started to expert tutorials, the site was created with the needs of community in mind. [group project] -
The Interactive Video Postcard remediates a traditional form of communication in a creative new way. Clicking on each letter brings up a video of an Atlanta landmark and includes a story on the card's reverse. [group project] -
This environment visualization of the current ambient particulate Matter concentration in Atlanta, GA displays particulate data on Centennial Tower. The triangle on the building is outlined with lights, so each hour's data is represented by the increasing level of illumination. -
The Dialect and Tone Analog Control Scheme prototypes a videogame scenario that uses a nuanced dialogue system. The player's dialogue is based on how much they push the analog stick on their controller, without a preview of the possible conversation options. -

Designing for the Internet
Instructor, Georgia Institute of Technology (Spring 2010)
Taught a course on the theory and practice of effective communication on the Internet through the webpage design. Created a syllabus to teach HTML and CSS, visual design for the web, principles of usability, effective methods of critique, and the installation and implementation of Tumblr themes. Created a course website whose design was iterated throughout the semester to implement principles being taught.

Web Designer, Georgia Institute of Technology (Summer 2009)
Redesigned and reorganized of the LCC website at the Georgia Institute of Technology Implimented a redesign of the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture website. Turned a design mockup into a flexible, light-weight HTML/CSS template, created new organizational architecture to suit the needs of the school's different departments, met with department heads to address individual site needs, and migrated content.
